Entrant Declaration

By submitting an entry, the entrant declares that:

· They are the creator of the submitted video.

· The submission is original and has not been copied from another source.

· They own or have permission to use all footage, images, audio, graphics and other materials included in the submission.

· The submission does not infringe copyright, intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other legal rights.

· The submission complies with all competition rules and Terms and Conditions.

· The submission was created safely and lawfully.

· The submission does not contain content prohibited by the competition guidelines.

· Any scientific information presented is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

· The submission does not contain identifiable images, voices or personal information of any other person.

The entrant acknowledges that they have read and agrees to comply with the teachSTEM Child Safety Code of Conduct.

The entrant acknowledges that teachSTEM may remove, reject, disqualify or decline to publish any submission that does not comply with the competition requirements.

The entrant agrees that teachSTEM may use submitted content for educational, promotional, reporting, fundraising, grant acquittal, annual reporting, media, marketing and stakeholder engagement purposes.

The entrant retains ownership of their submission and grants teachSTEM a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, publish, distribute, adapt, communicate, store and archive the submission for educational, promotional, reporting, fundraising, grant acquittal, annual reporting, impact reporting, grant applications, media and marketing purposes.

Where the entrant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent before the entry will be considered eligible.
